All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Canada & Australia: 8–18 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

Although we do our best to deliver orders on time, occasional shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.
